Why Paciugo? Paciugo, which was founded in 2000 based on a secret family gelato recipe and comes from an Italian phrase meaning "messy concoction". Since 2000, Paciugo has transformed from a Gelato shop into an Italian Caffe serving up the best cup of coffee to start the day and end it with a velvet smooth authentic gelato.
Why Coffee? Well, life without coffee is a scary place. That’s why we’ve been proudly serving up fresh coffee to the Tyler area since 2019. Globally sourced with the most delicious blends from South America and Africa directly to your hand, our coffee makes even the most difficult days just a tad easier to get through.
For us, this isn’t just brewing coffee. This is an active life mission to bring our customers the most flavorful full-bodied beverages and making a local impact. With every cup of coffee or beverage served, you are part of something bigger and life changing. We donate 10% of all Paciugo Caffe Beverage sales safe a live through adoption. We call this Project Adoption.
